Our role

Auto Hail Network is an independent enquiry and referral platform. We are not a repair workshop and do not perform, supervise or guarantee any vehicle repairs.

Third-party repair businesses

Participating repair businesses are independent third parties. They are responsible for their own assessments, quotes and repair work. Any quote, assessment, agreement or repair is solely between you and that business. Auto Hail Network does not perform repairs and does not guarantee the repairer’s workmanship, availability, pricing, timing, quality or outcomes.

Sharing your enquiry

When you submit an enquiry and provide consent, your enquiry details and photos may be shared with a participating repair business. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee you will be contacted or receive a quote.

Insurance

If you are claiming on insurance, your insurer’s requirements may apply. Check with your insurer before authorising any repairs.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to only upload photos you have the right to share.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
